A good place to start is practicing what you are good at to build your confidence, then work on what you're bad at. Think about what you are good at with girls and do more of that more consistently, no one is bad at everything. Personally, I am bad at closing and texting but good with most of it. I started with approaching and getting dates since I'm pretty good at that. Nowadays I work on closing and texting.

Not yet. You are attempting to leap all the way to Fabio when you're starting out as a George McFly. Before you can ever successfully learn how to flirt, you have to learn how to talk. Is there anyone you're not shy around? A girl who is a friend and not a want to be girlfriend? How do you talk to her?

You take a genuine interest in her. You become friends before you ever even start to think of her as a girlfriend.

Also ask yourself what you want. Do you want a hot and heavy relationship that will last only a couple weeks or are you looking for a serious relationship. If you want the hot and heavy, then yeah, the heavy seduction moves will work...on a girl who is also just looking for a temporary hot and heavy relationship. If you're looking for a serious relationship, then you're looking for a serious girl. That kind of girl is not going to like being hit on using the seduction moves you're thinking of using. If that's the girl you want, then you have to build up a relationship off of common interests. Becomes friends first and slowly turn that into a relationship...its a different form of seduction. One that is not some basic rules and tricks you can read from a book.

Main thing is, don't trust a book. Trust yourself. Girls want to see you being yourself. Not pretending to be someone your not. A none seductive person attempting to be seductive will just come off as creepy and weird. Be yourself and trust your own instincts.
