Don't bother sifting through a bunch of pickup knowledge and theory. You will drown in it.

Get Shift by RSD Julien. It's the best intro program in my opinion and covers everything you need to know about Game. I recommend buying it but if that's not possible you can always go to /r/PickUpTorrents.

You know Tyler in The Game? That's his channel. 100% serious. He's a very smart guy and I recommend watching as much of his content as possible.

Putting it simply, you need the basic principles to start. And then you start. No techniques, no terrifying truths, no redpill BS.

Start as soon as possible.

Because you'll never be "ready" or will you know "enough" to start. In fact, you'll only be further and further away from ready the more you consume pickup content.

You can consume it. Just always keep action at a significantly higher rate to your theory intake.

Youtube has a lot to offer (for free btw). I'd start with the RSD guys, Max and Todd are favorites of mine, followed by Julien, Madison, Tyler, honestly any of them are good. Just keep exposing yourself to the pua mindset and it'll sink in.

Mate by Tucker Max and Geoffrey Miller + their mating grounds podcast - gives a good understanding of how to develop and signal attractive traits as well as a scientifically grounded approach to seduction.

Models by Mark Manson - for fixing your mindset

Feeling Good Handbook by David Burns - for improving your mental health (this is crucial for improving social skills in my experience). His book intimate connections is also good and more directly relevant to seduction.

These books will give you a great grounding without the usual PUA nonsense. The rest is putting it all into practice.
