Usually it isn't the hobby that's the problem, it's the way you play it off. If you can be super confident and brag about you being into all the superhero-comics by marvel, the girl will love it and think you're interesting. If you're shy and awkwardly asks her if she wants to look at your comic book collection she'll just think you're some guy who only sits in and read comic books. Check this video out, where he starts talking about being a 100 level warlock or something on World of Warcraft, to impress a girl (happens around 1:40).

Anyway, I guess I can give you some examples of hobbies. I'm not really sure if you're asking for a hobby to do with a girl, or doing one by yourself to impress a girl, so I'll put down some of both:

Playing an instrument / singing
Painting / drawing
Wine tasting
Going on hikes / camping trips
Sailing
Dancing
Photography
Surfing (if you're at a place where this is normal)
Skiing (We do this a lot where I'm from)
Theater
Choir (where I'm from, this is a good one to both meet and impress girls)
Sports in general: Football/soccer, swimming, tennis, whatever really
