Phil's is a place where the girls just get shittered, but because there's so many more women in that area then men they are much more likely to take risks to try and be with someone.

The best nights to go to Phil's are Wednesday and Sunday. Wednesday is hip hop night so there's gonna be a lot of heavy drinking and grinding while Sunday is retro night so it's just all around fun. Friday (party rock) and Saturday (electro) are okay nights to go, I can't really say I've had a fantastic night on either of those nights but they're good to go if you just want cheap drinks and the girls there are decent too. When it comes to girls, I think all of them are fair game as long as they're decent looking haha.

I usually hang out in the back bar/by the pool table areas and slowly move towards the dance floor area and front bar. It depends for ONS, sometimes it can be 0 in a couple of weeks, sometimes it can be 1 every time I go.

I usually arrive around 10:00-10:30 just to avoid the lineups and I go with 1 to 5 other people, depending which friends wanna go out that night.

If I find a girl in a quiet area, I usually just chat with her for a bit, take her on the dance floor, start grinding, and then leave from there. My most recent lay I was dancing with the girl, got her number, we both parted ways, I texted her saying I wanted to see her, she invited me over, took a cab over, and the rest is history

Go to Phil's. Seriously.

I know guys who pull 1 in 2 to 1 in 3 times they go out.

It's a dive bar with cheap drinks. Lots of drunk girls.
It's adjacent to a party school with a 2 to 1 female to male ratio.
It's small. This keeps out the attention whores who go out in large groups to take pics for Facebook and dance in circles as these types gravitate towards the mega-clubs. Lots of 2 and 3 sets.
It's got a great setup. There's a quieter area to run verbal game and a dance floor to escalate physically.
It's within walking distance to the "student ghetto" of dorms and houses where the college kids reside, so logistics are ideal.
It's in a college town. Unlike in TO/NYC/DC/SF there isn't a huge cohort of thirsty young professional cats to compete with. Most of the older 25+ cats are married or in serious LTRs.

All these factors make it a goldmine for players looking to score with horny college girls looking for dick.

Sadly, you won't ever find such a bar/club in a North American big city as word would spread and it would quickly morph into a sausagefest.

Phil's is a Waterloo treasure!
