Don’t get hung up on the Instagram thing, the guy before me is right thought you don’t want to give your time and attention if she’s not reciprocating, a girls interest level changes easily so last summer does not equal this summer. I’d call her when you get back from vacation and ask her to get together for drinks or something simple (at night) Ask her in an open ended way : when are you free to meetup for drinks and fun with me? If she says maybe it’s a no 95% of the time so don’t accept a maybe date, just tell her you know that’s cool if your busy we can reschedule for another time when you know your schedules free and can make definite plans. This sometimes has her back track and say “no you know what I can do Wednesday” you just passed this test or she was very low interest and you raised her interest level by displaying high value. If she says I’m busy that is an obvious no, yes means yes and pick a time and place but don’t over text her leading up to the date or she’ll flake. I turn down maybe dates all the time, sometimes they solidify the plans right there sometimes they say okay that’s cool we reschedule (this is low interest) I wait a full week with no contact and call her so I can tease her a little and remind her why she wants to see me then ask her out again if she still says maybe or no I wait a month a half then if I remember which I usually don’t I wait 3 months, sometimes they answer but only when thwy have time away from you without you being needy and they only remember the good things about you.
