Given your age I'll just give you some tips that I wish I knew / where I messed up:

Assume attraction until discovered otherwise. Especially in a situation where she has already agreed to hangout 1 on 1, and she said she's excited! Don't talk yourself out of the obvious! She at least likes you enough to see how much she actually likes you!
Be yourself, but be the best version of yourself. It's cliche but it's true, if you are a romantic person let it show, if you are not super romantic just be the funny guy that you are! The number one thing in this situation is to not be weird or odd, which if you're trying to act a way that you're not there's a good chance that would happen. Be yourself, after 16 years of training you're probably a pretty good person.
Show interest yourself! My biggest mistake was NEVER making any moves in high school, I was very passive and didn't stick my neck out at all. Just as you are wondering if she likes you, she is wondering the same about you! So make it clear! Give her sincere compliments on her clothes or personality, try to touch her when appropriate. I recently went on a tinder date and when she came over she immediately touched my face and put her hands on my legs while we were talking on the couch. Boom, I instantly knew she was into me. Made the rest of the date a lot easier knowing she was into me from the get go. If the date is going well, go for the kiss 100%. If she denies, which is unlikely, at least you have more info on your standing.
Just try to have fun. Even if there isn't a second date make the most out of this one! Enjoy the walk, enjoy her if you like her, dates are supposed to be fun so make it a good day no matter what happens.
