I work in an office building where almost everyone who works in the building is women (you can already guess how that's problematic). Long story short; I've been working there for about two months, and the administrative assistant in the building stares at me whenever I'm walking through the hallways, to the bathroom, when I walk past her door, etc. There was also a time where I was in her office talking to her, and she made deadlocked eye-contact for what felt like half a minute... nostrils flared, bedroom eyes and everything. The problem I have is this: do I go for it knowing that we'd have to see each other every day until one of us switches departments, or do I just let sleeping dogs lie?
