First off, you're probably putting too much pressure on yourself. Relax and take a deep breath. Self improvement and success with dating/women takes patience. It's easy to have failure after failure accumulate and start to level yourself. Do you have any goals? Do you do any sort of prep before you go out to get into the right state of mind? Are you relying on friends to meet girls or are you going out yourself and approaching?

You should try consistently going out to parties or bars with just 1 guy who's a good wingman and someone who's different from you socially. Both of you try talking to groups of girls in 2-3. Start with those small, specific actions. Learn how to talk to women in a specific setting. Use the material on the side bar as well and believe in yourself.
