When I was just getting started in the art of seduction I would get massive approach anxiety. And that was it, I'd never go for the girl, I'd never even take another step forward. A year of cutting back on weed, starting running, and continuing meditation, I've found myself in a much clearer head space to take that next step. Now when I'm starting my approach, my anxiety is stopped in its tracks by focusing on my breathe and changing any negative thoughts to remembering how awesome I am (literally just saying "I'm awesome" over and over again in my head until I start talking to the girl so that no thought can interrupt my current state of mind.) Then when I get the anxiety again during the interaction, I focus back on my breathe, think about how awesome I am and suddenly I'm back in a happy, clear, focused state of mind in time to listen and respond. I wasn't always able to do this, but if you can think of meditation as a weight training method to grow the muscle that increases attention span, then this will come easily to you. And me saying I'm awesome in my head over and over again is just an affirmation to my subconscious about just how awesome I truly am, and it shows with my body language (also subconciously). I recently got into a relationship and if it weren't for this helpful routine, I wouldn't be where I am today.

TL;DR: Conflict: You're walking up to a girl and feel AA coming on. Solution: Use meditation to focus on nothing other than the thought that you are awesome and you and the girl will start to feel how awesome you are.
