Actually got the ideology of "Control and Courage" from the DB Super Theme a while back and I wanted to touch upon its importance as it applies to game:

Too many men fill their heads with the tedious "Do's and Dont's" of the game without knowing how to go into a battle with mental models, control, and courage:

For example: One might know that they have to be seductively exciting to turn a girl on, but they don't know how to hone that behavior for it to really have an effect.

Something you should do is practice with mental mantras or affirmations in your head to put you in the right mindset to be "seductively exciting." You might run something like "I'm a rockstar" over and over again while you talk to women. This mental model might provide you with clarity, change your demeanor and give you a controlled frame to work from.

One should also practice poise and mental preparedness for any situation.

Many men also don't practice with mental simulations. If you're by yourself imagine that you're talking to a pretty girl. What's going through your head? How are you feeling at the moment? What puts you in a seductive mood? All of these questions will train you to approach and converse with more control.

When it comes to courage, just remember this axiom: "You miss 100% of the shots you don't take."
