Before we start Sorry for the delay I was caught up in some housing issues which I will go through in this post.

Since my last post I have been able to bassically puty life back on track I am doing what I love now and can't be more happy. The day after I posted my last update I got the best offer ever since my house is in a quite desirable area people always offer me prices which I shut down, a man offered me 600k for my house which is worth around 570k then a 3 bed house that's worth about 300k I think this guy thought the house was super high value and didn't do research. Of course I accepted I took a while for the legal stuff but now I'm living in a no mortgage house with 600k in the bank.

On my ex I don't know what happened but I know she's quite mad about me moving and demanded 50% of the 600k. I am having some hefty issues with a kind of hoa you could say in this neighborhood nothing like the ones in USA but they are kind of like one. I will just say that she is super pissed that I let my brother move into my new house which she wanted to split.
