My brother filed for divorce last May - they are in discovery phase. Now my sister-in-law is depositioning me following my brother’s deposition. She thinks our mother left us a will and/or inheritance which neither is true. Also that I am somehow hiding money for my brother. She also has stooped so low that now she is requesting that the home my Dad and I live in be appraised. I now have I my own attorney and he says we will not permit it. My Dad is 93 with a life estate giving him the right to live in the home till the end of his life.
My brother is depositioning her two days after mine and his attorney will be asking her crucial questions about her closing accounts etc. and if she threatened to call the police if my brother did not open the swimming pool for the season. And my brother’s attorney will ask and so what do you think the police would charge him with if he did not open it???😆. This divorce is set for trial on July 27. WE can’t wait till this crazy woman is out of our lives! My brother just hopes he gets the house.
