So I've talked with my STBE and it looks like we're gonna work this out pretty amicably.

From what I've seen, it looks like one of us files a petition, then the other responds. Provided there are no disputes, that's it, uncontested. I was expecting a much more in depth process, is that really all there is to it? FWIW I'm likely to still get a consult anyway to ensure the verbiage is good to go.
