I just watched this movie and I feel it displays quite well how egomaniac future faking loser scrotes will lie, treat their family as objects to show off, lack any kind of empathy, get chances handed to them (which they squash) all the same and still have the audacity to consider themselves victimized. It also showcases the woman well. Human, cleaning up after his constant messes, increasingly becoming exasperated and "crazy" (which he loves pointing out!) - still trying to manage the family.

From what I've read on here, almost all of us have dealt, sincerely empathized with, cared and laboured for a whiny man child before.. in some ways the movie was refreshing, there is no redemption arc (I hope, the movie was rather open ended and the crocodile tears came out at the end). He tries to create one himself because of course he does.. but fails 🤣
