Here's an idea to close the gap.. Force women to work on oil rigs, they pay good.

And no more forcing men to work overtime while the women talk their way out of it, I used to hate when I had to work extra while the "mom's" magically got out of it.. I'm all for forcing women to work more

What I would do if I was in you situation. I would go to the nearest supermarket. Buy cheap cost cakes and sell the beside the group with a close profit margin
