I know we don't see eye to eye on a lot of things (mostly related to insignificant things on the grander scale) But I felt that this was a little different. I respect your opinion on many different topics, and we're all entitled to our own opinions, however the oppression of Women has been well documented over many centuries of progress. Now, more than ever, is a time where we need to acknowledge that, respect it and change it for the better. We live in a world where sex traffic-ing is a thing. Where Sexual Assault Victim Shaming is a thing. Where reducing Women to objects or a sex organ is a thing. Where we named a "madness" after a Woman's Uterus and put Women in psychiatric institutions (where they were often raped) because they spoke out about the way their husband / father / other man treated them. Where it's been less than 100 years since we didn't allow them to have a say in how our nation was run. We force them to have the babies of their rapist, and then don't help her raise that child on her own.

These are not opinions. These are facts. I could go on.
