this actually works quite nicely, and before I was monk mode sometimes would do similar if I was tired or busy:
1) tell her to get undressed in bed
2) give her a small vibrator and tell her to use it
3) finish up whatever [game, work] I'm currently on
4) see what she's up to
5) enjoy myself
6) fall asleep
currently I just skip steps 1-2 and 4
