In india its 53.2 % , just google false rape cases in india & you can get OFFICIAL STATISTICS issued by the Delhi Commission For WOMEN (which is a Quasi Judicial Authority) ,which they later submitted to the court. Just google it, even BBC REPORTED ON IT.

If you are blaming some one and intend to punish (using the state legal system) them for their actions then you better have solid evidence to back it up, especially if the mere accusation has the potential to irrevocably ruin lives.

The line has blurred from "rape", to "sexual assault", to "sexual misconduct", to "unwanted attention", to simply "inappropriate". They are trying to equate all these things together, which makes it a very hostile situation for victims of any false accusation.
