This appears to be completely fabricated... I can’t find any evidence anywhere of Cardi B saying this. There is one website that claims she posted it to her Insta and deleted it, but absolutely nobody has a screenshot, even though they appear to be quoting text exactly. Some tiny garbage website made it up, and another website (and some memers) ran with it.

Which makes sense, since what she admitted to was drugging and robbing men, not raping them. Rape was never even a part of this. I’m no fan of Cardi B, but you guys are foaming at the mouth and patting each other on the back for your sick comeback “burns” about raping women, when it’s literally a completely made up story, as you could have easily deduced with 20 seconds of googling and thought.

Maybe take it as a sign that your ideology may be making you a little knee-jerk? Surely you enlightened men see yourselves as above being manipulated by internet bullshit, as you fell hook-line-and-sinker for this little tidbit that was obviously aimed directly at you and meant to elicit exactly the reaction you gave it? That there are those out there that seem to think that they can just make shit up about women celebrities, and you guys will carry water for it without a second thought?
