I was quite ill once as a child and needed my seat but a pregnant woman came up to ask me if she could sit. I refused and she pulled me out of the chair and on to the floor and sat on my seat. Nobody cared.

Well if she's in the later stages of pregnancy 7+ months (big belly) it takes a toll on her body to stand and the back pain is a dick, she may have other physical problems that we don't see either.
No one is going to force you to give up your seat, as long as you aren't telling her no just because she's a female then nothing wrong but you will socially be seen as a prick.
