"I can't help my weight" I avoid anybody who thinks like this male or female like the plague. Yes you quite literally are, and if you're incapable to owning your own actions and mistakes and want to misplace guilt and shame about it, then I have absolutely no respect for you and want nothing to do with you. I value honesty, and a sense of responsibility something anyone who says those things is blatantly lacking. I'm not saying be depressed because of it, but also don't act like it's some random unforseen illness you gained. You did not go to the doctors one day and the doctor go "I'm afraid you caught the fat", it didn't happen overnight you just didn't care enough to change it.
