This is perhaps "preaching to the choir" but I thought I would post about a very personal and traumatic experience that I had around ten years ago. I'm posting this not looking for sympathy, but as a warning to those that have not fully comprehended the level women will go to, to destroy a man, without any hint of regret or shame. Also as a warning that you can be acting like a beta bitch without even realising if you are not careful.

I was in a long term relationship with a young woman, for just under 2 years. I had totally fallen for her and in my eyes she was the unicorn I had been looking for. A "good girl" as we are fooled into believing. We also worked at the same place. I didn't know it at the time but all the red flags were there.

Allegedly abused by a babysitter when she was a kid, a dad who did a runner, used to drink heavily on nights out. She would break down any time she had alcohol and basically whine about her dad who left.

To cut a long story short, I still thought she was a unicorn as she seemed a totally different person sober. Fast forward a year and she goes on a holiday cruise with her mother. Probably the first time we had spent more than a day apart. She gets back and has bought me this really expensive watch but when I see her I know something is off, she can't look me in the eyes. I knew something was up, and by a weird coincidence she left her laptop on one day with her email open. There was emails from some sailor who worked on the cruise ship basically implying they fucked. She denied it, then claimed he took advantage of her when she was drunk, then tried to blame me for it because she had seen I had commented on a female friends post on facebook. I should of dumped her there and then but didn't and things went back to normal.

Not long after she moves away to go to college. Not very far, about 30mins travel. Within the space of a week she stops replying to messages. I then get one asking to meet. I turn up and she breaks up with me, claiming the travel distance is too much, which was nonsense. I break down, full on beta bitch crying and everything. Embarassing now I think about it. The next day I send her a very beta emotional email telling her how I felt about her etc etc, not good. She replies and says she is seeing someone else now. She literally lasted one day into college, got drunk and fucked some guy then dumped me the next day.

Don't ask me why but I did the biggest billy beta move ever. I ask if we can stay friends. As we worked together at weekends, it seemed the only way to deal with it. We ended up fooling around at weekends while she would go back to college to be fucked by some young chad. Naturally he pumped and dumped her and she went into full on meltdown mode shortly after. She started self harming a lot, cutting her arms and legs with razor blades then phoning me in tears begging me to come over. I basically ended up baby sitting her and one night when I'm round at hers, she vanishes from bed in the middle of the night. I knew something was up and found her in a drunken mess lying on the kitchen floor on the phone to chad, begging him to take her back. She had downed a load of morphine pills in an attempted overdose. She ends up being admitted to a mental hospital, all her so called friends disown her. I was pretty much the only one going to see her and looking after her.

When she gets out, she begs me to take her back saying she loves me etc. I agreed, partly because I was terrified she would kill herself if I said no. I ended up missing all my own college classes and exams to go and sit with her in her classes. I got kicked out of college for my poor attendance and missed exams. I was flat broke, literally full overdraft, 3 credit cards maxed out, missing meals, borrowing money off family just to afford to travel back and forth to her college.

So we were back together for two weeks maybe, and she started drinking again and having breakdowns after promising not to. She breaks up with me again and starts seeing a guy that we both work with, one of those "guy friends" she had. He pumped and dumped her as well incidentaly. I ended up in hopsital with panic attacks because of her self harming and had to take a week off work ill with stress. At this point she manages to turn the entire workplace against me, making me out to be aggressive and abusive. I get a letter from work telling me not to come back basically.

At around this point I was also diagnosed with a type of blood cancer. I didn't know who to turn to for help and assumed after all I had done for her when she was ill, she would help. I told her and could not believe her response. She said "I don't really want to know. I'm not strong enough to be hearing that from you" Somehow she managed to play the victim yet again. That was essentially the end of it. She refused to answer any more messages after that point. Not a single message since asking how I am. They literally do not care about you at all after you have served your purpose.

So to sum it up, because I was the typical mr nice guy beta who tried to help, I ended up destroying my career with being kicked out of college. I got in so much debt as well it literally took me the best part of ten years before I managed to pay the money off, working shitty minimum wage jobs. Only now have I managed to get my life together somewhat and was able to go back to college.

What happened to the girl? She did the whole travelling round asia nonsense to "find herself" AKA went riding the cock carousel. Approaching the wall fast now, moved to germany and is now engaged to some poor simp that thinks she is a unicorn lol

Don't let it happen to you guys. Stay vigilant.
