I have seen on various subreddits where people talk about how the Y chromosome is so small compared to X and hence females are genetically superior to males.
The thing that they forget in their logic is that, while women have two X chromosomes, one of them is deactivated in each cell, so they just have one X expressing all the feminine traits.
However for men, who have a X and a Y, both these chromosomes are active. So using this logic (which is bullshit anyway, but for fun), men actually have more genetic material expressing both X and Y, compared to women with only one active X chromosome.
TL;DR: X+Y > X
