Well...I always thought that United States of America are specific "trend setter" for society in Western Countries. I believed that most good and bad thing will eventually come to Poland sooner or later.

And here we have this. This is polish article from Onet.pl, one of polish news portal, in part created for articles about women. And here we have feminist author, claiming that Amnesty International wants our Ministry of Justice to change "Rape" definition - to any non-consensual sexual intercourse, even if the victim didn't explicitly said "no". Sounds familiar right ? Especially for US and UK brothers ?

I was pissed at the beginning, but then I thought that this is just feminist article wrote for conditioning society. Especially how she argued that rapist is not a criminal hiding in a bush with knife, but it's a friend, partner or husband - so someone who we usually know :-/ So I checked Amnesty International internet site about their work on women abuse. And holy fuck I found this (it's a text in polish, so apologies).

In this paper from 2018 there is a part about rape crime. Amnesty International in their recommendation for Polish Government states, that there is a need to implement changes for broadening rape definition "based on lack of aware and voluntary consent of victim and not base penalization of rape only on sexual intercourse with use of force, abuse or deceit with resistance of the victim". This sound rational if we include cases with rapists using "rape pill", when surely victim can't express its resistance or no consent for intercourse. This is rape for sure in my book.

But when Amnesty International explained discussion about "rape" definition, especially in Polish Supreme Court rulings and European Tribunal of Justice rulings, they... at the end of this paragraph wrote that the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe in they recommendation from 2005 wrote that penal codes should qualify as rape "any sexual intercourse done to person, who doesn't give any consent, even if they dont resist; penalize any kind of sexual penetration done with any means with person who doesn't consent (...)".

As I mention...brother from US and UK know what it means. We're not rapist and no fans of rapists, despite what feminism tells. But there is no word about protection for men from social stigma and outcome of false rape accusation. They don't see a problem with situations, where there are mixed signals or if a woman had intercourse with a man, but she didn't expressed her consent, sex was medicore and in the end she claimed she was raped O_O.

So holy shit it spreads...no man is safe in this age.

EDIT: added link to the article, which was "eaten" in progress + typos.
