If you were to take a impeller (not propeller) and take it Aboard a spaceship could you create enough force to theoretically move a spaceship through the zero gravity space from within the spacecraft via its internal atmosphere as the medium propellant, like a wind sail within the ship? Especially when factoring in aerodynamic qualities to improve upon the concept. If no, i understand but so far I've asked this question several times even on NASA YouTube videos and have received no response whatsoever. Not even a no. Figured if nothing else it's an interesting idea even if it wouldn't work just to talk about.
