You can do that up until a point. At some point, your body will start to develop problems if you don't eat nutrition like vegetables. I don't know if you can eat a properly nutritious meal on $3. Definitely with $5 if you cut out meat.

1 chf easily - 99% frozen vegetables and 1% sauce.
Yes fresh vegetables are better for you - when you pick them straight out of the ground - but what is sold as fresh in the grocers has typically been in a crate for 3~ days with no standard of refrigeration.

You absolutely can feed yourself for $3 a day if your only goal is to eat cheap and healthy.
Eggs are ~$2 for 18. That means an egg is $0.11.
A whole chicken is like $6 and has enough meat for at least 4 days if you're a normal sized guy. That's $1.50 a day.
Even pork isn't bad. Pork chops are sold in packages for a few dollars. If you got all the protein you need from pork, it would cost $2 a day. A lb of pork sausage is about $4 and is enough meat for a couple days.
Veggies are ridiculously cheap. A two pound bag of carrots is like $1.60. Most vegetables are like $1.50/lb. A head of lettuce is like a dollar. A bag of spinach is like $2.
A plate of potatoes or rice will cost you almost nothing.
Fruit (except bananas) is more expensive. You don't need fruit, but if you like it, then it's probably worth spending an extra dollar or two a day.
What is really expensive is beef, fish, alcohol, and processed food, as well as anything from a restaurant.
You could make a very healthy diet for $3/day just by avoiding beef, alcohol, and processed food. I would probably still eat fish a once or twice a week though because there are supposedly health benefits to eating fish.

Well if I knew :/ I will stop to do tech job because Im so fed up with the bullshit of businesses and the little games of power. Interim jobs sucks too because they handle you most of their shit and don't give it back. I will do just any manual job, anything I don't care, without any responsability and spend most of my energy on my drawing passion.Like that I can leave when I want. Since I lost both my parents, I am not in lack of money you see, but I will not accept to spend it stupidly. Or perhaps I will just get out of the system completly and live the autonomus and minimal lifestyle

Well, problem is that housing anywhere near to work I'm qualified for costs 30%-40% of my paycheck. Then another 50% goes to income tax. I'm left with scraps after bills and food expenses.

Why this happened is due to a few things...
1) Women entering the work force essentially doubled the supply of workers while not increasing the demand for said workers. Couple this with how it's primarily women and manginas who want open borders, meaning more low wage workers from abroad. This massively deflated wages.
2) Women vote for ever increasing amounts of welfare, and men are the net taxpayers who pay for it all. This means more of your paycheck is taken via taxes, leaving less for you. This also means that the government has to print more money, causing massive inflation.
When you combine the two, wages have not even come close to keeping up with inflation. The root problem is universal suffrage; people who have no skin in the game are voting.

Women obviously will not accept it because to do so would mean they are publicly acknowledging that they are inferior (which, deep down they do know they are inferior, it's just so repressed that they think otherwise).
Modern men meanwhile have been fed the bullshit of egalitarianism, or just straight up feminism, and accepting that women are inferior would go against everything that's been indoctrinated in them their entire lives.
People are different, but they ain't equal.
The irony is that the extremists on both political spectrums (the far left and the far right) both have the idea that people are not equal, but their process is entirely wrong and they base everything on surface level ideology like skin color, religion, sex, sexuality, political party, etc. MGTOW however bases it on intelligence, strength, and personal responsibility, and it just so happens that men have these traits and not women.

A mortgage can be an excellent investment, but I've only come to realise how pointless most things are. They're just stuff.
You don't need a bigger car or a bigger tv or the most expensive appliances. People can say that I'm cheap but I don't give a fuck. I mainly like money for the security and peace of mind that it brings and the opportunities like living in a safer part of the country, safety, security, being able to pay for medical bills immediately and so on.
You should really be spending your time doing stuff rather than watching people do stuff.
