Women have evolved to fulfill their biological imperative, propagation of the species. But our intelligence has not stopped there and gone far beyond. To a creative and ambitious man, women look very primitive. The perfect partner for a man will be artificially made in the future, with just the ideal feminine characteristics which today's real women lack. The more you drain your sexual energy on women, you are just serving the nature's purpose, not yours. Preserve it for your own good and raise above the ordinary.

Work out. Lift weights, do push ups, crunches, any workout that's intense enough to make you sweat. All you need is 2 weights and a bed frame to hold your feet down. I'm dead serious. You'll look better, feel better, sleep better, get the endorphins running in a healthy way, help you cope with stress, and you'll be too tired to think of women. It won't fix the problem completely, but it certainly helps a lot.
