Mechanization. Work became physically easier. Manufacturing offshored to China and elsewhere and 'soft' jobs of selling each other those imported goods and services, combined with technology. This enabled women to participate in the work force, competing with men for the same jobs.

Once they started to earn, a perceived injustice from the patriarchy made them push away having families early; and to demand the maximum from a simping male. Equality in the workplace but the same old notions of traditionalism in the home.

Thus a generation of men burnt and dying, providing for women.

I couldn't give an "exact date" on that, OP. My guess it's been a gradual process over the last 2 or 3 decades. But I could be off on that.

As I see it animal (and our) behavior should be concentrated on balance. Regarding male/ female behavior I see it as follows. The man provides shelter/ resources so the female can carry, deliver and raise the kid (mostly in early ages). When in balance the female's perpetual dissatisfaction a.k.a. nagging about everything that's wrong (which they seem to do best) pushes us men just far enough to actually achieve improvements. Hence most of us don't live in caves anymore. Also when in balance female behavior has something "mysterious" about it. I remember talking with male friends about 1 of us seeing this lovely girl and it was a topic of "celebration" That also feels perfectly natural to me.

Nowadays however the balance has indeed plummeted to a level of simping/ pussyworship which can't even be called insanity. Somehow the feminists got enough under women's skin to make them believe this entire universe is revolving around their acid ditch. The nagging has become moronic and so is the entitlement. Part of the reason is prolonged peace. Historically, mankind was in constant war. This killed off many men. So men were rare. This forced women to be on their best behavior. Lose a man, and it would be difficult to find another man.

Thanks to prolonged peace, men are a dime a dozen. Women are in a buyers market. Women can dump a guy and another thirsty guy will be right behind to replace him. On the flip side, for a guy, there are more men to compete with.

you have to *REALIZE* one important thing:

humans differ from other mammal species in ONE particular trait: concealed ovulation of the females

this is a trait which only 32 of the 6496 mammal species on the planet have, it is extremely rare. I decided to binge-watch the HBO miniseries MARE OF EASTTOWN.....to see the marketing hype, it was supposed to be like the first season of TRUE DETECTIVE (THAT was killer story telling....every season after the first season was convoluted garbage). Anyway, I start watching this "MARE" show and my first thought was of how Kate Winslet was abrasive, off-putting and below average looking back in her "Titanic" days....20 something years later she's gotten WORSE? After 10 minutes of this atrocity of a miniseries, I was able to accurately predict that it was going to be about pedophilic sexual assault because men are toxic....abuse of power, treachery, lies, deceit and ZERO accountability for women and their choices. I was 90% accurate. The only thing I wasn't able to predict was incest....well, because toxic masculinity and all.
