This is like something straight out of men's lib.

The idea that sitting in a room and breathing is going to solve the systematic issues men face.

It's ridiculous.

"For centuries, Black men like Brown have been conditioned that they must always present in a certain way: as a “strong Black man,” a hard worker, a provider and the one who protects his family at all costs. When Black men, especially fathers, dare to unveil their struggles, they often disguise them with toxic masculinity."

No, they have not just been 'conditioned'. Men, even white men, have been forced to work hard and provide by the system - not limited to divorce courts with their child support and alimony payment. And of course no insult would be complete without injury. Can't leave out the 'toxic masculinity' that has absolutely lost all meaning, if it ever had any.
