Ok, OP has the wrong take on this. Judge Judy is very pro-fathers rights.

But, y’all should go to 14:20 in the video. Judge Judy blatantly calls out Ex-Parte orders of protection as a manipulative legal tool which that mother used to her advantage.

I appreciate Judge Judy’s unapologetic hostility toward bullshit.

She was rather harsh calling him a bum. I am very upset because usually she's not too bad. But that was hurtful. 😳

Idk what you want from a TV judge man, she was still on his side, but from what I remember, he was indeed a bum.

So question. Judge Judy has always been very vocal about parents having equal rights and responsibilities, and that decisions should be made in the best interest of the child. She believes that children thrive best when they have a loving relationship with both mothers and fathers. This video shows many, many examples of her stance.

What do you think would be a better stance, exactly?
