Here is the latest data regarding the gender ratio of students enrolled in tertiary education in the European Union (along with candidate countries). The overall percentage is 45.2% (down from ~46.3% in 2019), but this varies from country to country.

Greece is the last country remaining where men are still a slim majority (50.3%) but this has likely changed in the last 2 years.

Compared to 2019, there has been decline or no change in Men's share in college enrollment in all countries barring Slovakia (where male share increased slightly by 1.22%)

Recently in Australia, it was reported that in 2022, males made up only 39.2% of the domestic undergraduate enrollment. The male share of college enrollment going down seems to be a universal phenomena.

It seems like that might eventually settle down to 33% worldwide as time passes, with Engineering and Computer Science being the last male "holdouts".
