"She said she wasn't ready for what happened(sexual intercourse) that day, but her friend forced her into it anyway. So out of anger, she filed a complaint with the police that she was raped," said Pune Police Commissioner Amitesh Kumar, as reported by NDTV.

Still sounds like rape to me. Sure, the situations surrounding the report were made up, but the act itself still pretty much sounds like rape to me.
