WSJ: "What the Google Controversy Misses: The Business Case for Diversity" Mens-Advocate August 21, 2017 10 upvotes /r/MensRights http://archive.is/mtPH3 The author asserts: Research has established the business case for diversity. This isn’t an argument about redressing historical inequities or even present-day fairness. More diverse companies have better financial returns, are more innovative and are just plain smarter than their more homogenous competitors. But AFAIK such “research” only shows correlation, not causality. https://www.reddit.com/r/MensRights/comments/4seniz/potential_refutation_of_women_company_growth/
