Even if they did have a prenup, there is no way I believe he didn't make some kind of arrangements to ensure she'd be taken care of if he passed.

there is a very easy way to make sure your wife (if she was a horrible person) gets nothing

waste the money before you die, make it with a bang donate them all, or even worst, start a huge construction project somewhere deserted and make sure that you will not gonna have money to finish it

that way she can "inherit" some useless half finished concrete things... :D

I feel sorry for her. Anyone with a stomach strong enough to marry a moldering old mummy should get at least a couple of million for her trouble.
