Draw a king and queen walking by with peasants bowing down. Non-controversial and accurate. At the very least technically correct. And gender neutral. If you want to rock the boat just a little bit, you can caption "the privileged royalty gets to have their lowers avert their gazes as they walk, so as to not be tainted by their vileness, which would offend them."

If you want to rock the boat more, you can add "privilege is when your being offended is taken seriously by the world around you to ensure it doesn't happen again and is punished when it does"

If you want to rock the boat even more, you can add "I wonder if there are a group of people whose offense is taken particularly seriously, nowadays"

Like someone else posted, you know what they are looking for. Maybe something like the college scandal.

In grade 7 I'd suggest not rocking the boat. You know what the teacher is expecting. Just do that.
