Here is my proposition on an abortion system.
F = Female
M = Male
W = Wants Child
N = Doesn't Want Child
F:W M:W = Birth, Both Full Custody
F:N M:N = Abortion (Or adoption)
F:N M:W = Abortion (Can give birth and give custody to father with NO CHILD SUPPORT)
F:W M:N = Female custody, NO CHILD SUPPORT
This eliminates the financial ruin that is child support. If you have noticed, it does give females the ability to have an abortion if they want, giving them the upper hand, but considering pregnancy is a thing, it makes sense.

I would say abortions should be available for as long as it is viable (Not after birth though). This is for overall cases in which abortion is considered and both parents “Pick a side”., and decisions are made. This model would be used in a court, if there was ever a case over abortion, this model could be used as a standard for ruling. Hopefully this covers your questions, if not, please do reply, I hate it when I don’t understand things.

I dont think the child is a “person” until, like, birth. Until then they’re more like an organ of their mother
