I think erszebet's point is that if the Men's Rights movement actually wants to get anything done, you have to attract other people to seeing your side. And you can't do that if you're just angry and bitter all the time. Just preaching to the choir of other angry, bitter men doesn't change anything; you have to get other people to listen, too. And to out and out say that you don't want to attract anyone else means you aren't part of a movement, you just want to be part of a venting club. Which is fine. Have your venting clubs if you want. And I think such clubs have relevance, certainly. But to be part of a movement, you have to be accomplishing something, or at least want to accomplish something.
