Why not call it murder. That's what is is. "Domestic violence" dredges up all kinds of imagery none of it as serious as murder. Why lump this serious crime in with a whole bunch of less serious ones.

It's pretty stupid seeing anyone get out of murder charges on bail. I'd like to know exactly why though. It seems like there's more to play here than "she has a pussy". That article is pretty sensationalist.

Poor thing can't be held accountable for what she had done. She was probably being abused, so therefore she deserved it. Or it was her time of the month and she can't be held accountable for small bouts of temporary insanity.
