My daughter is currently 4. I divorced my ex before she turned 1. After the divorce my wife got primary custody but then I ended up w having her 80% or more. When I went to court to get this in writing my ex lied, the judge didnt look at my 450 pages of documentation and believed mom. It's been about 9 months and have another court date coming up for the same.

My daughter says shes scared of mommy. She says mommy calls her dumb and stupid and tells at her. But in general she always tells people she scared of mommy and shes mean. One time she said she yelled at her and threw water in her face. know how her mom is and shes very volatile and mean, so I believe everything as it all sounds likely. Is this the right time to call CPS on her mom? My little baby is only 4.

Also to note, my ex has sent the police to my house 3 times. Always due to some schedule dispute, like she comes on the wrong days like an idiot. the last time the police asked daughter if she wanted to leave. She cried, hugged me , and said she wanted to only stay with daddy. Police left. I mention this so you already know this type of thing happens and I wouldn't be the first to introduce LE
