It has been mentioned often in /r/MensRights that there isn't much help for male victims of intimate partner violence. This is a resource a friend linked me to just yesterday that was founded specifically to help male victims, though they will take calls from anyone, male or female, gay or straight.
There are some nice resources there. It's worth a look.
