Ever since seeing this FB post more than a year ago, I've always wondered which bothers me most: that they need to be told this or that they show so little evidence of listening.
Even today I still don't know the answer.

It’s extremely disheartening and biased.. i can’t speak for the majority of men but as a man myself I just want to be left alone and not get caught up in drama or women’s violence whatsoever, it’s always a massive disaster.

It's interesting that, amidst all these calls for men to show more emotion, that some women seem to think that hitting someone who loves you too much to leave wouldn't have an emotional impact on them.
Or they don't care...

This needs to be spread more, a lot of people love to justify these behavior and say it’s “okay” exactly for those reasons “oh he’s bigger and stronger this won’t hurt him” and they downplay it or call the guy a pussy for lashing back. A lot of people don’t even realize this.

Your post was removed due to rule 14, titles must be descriptive.
Titles must describe the content so that:
Users know what the link they are clicking on content before they click it
Users who are searching for specific material can easily find the post they are looking for
Take the time to describe your link, and save the time of hundreds of other people.
When making a title, it's best to assume the reader doesn't know what you're talking about - but don't go overboard with every detail. Then check if there are any words you can cut out without losing any important information.
It's a good idea to pause for a few moments before hitting the "Post" button. Check for typos, ambiguous phrasing, redundant words - and of course for unintended meanings!

Granted title isn’t describing the content well but the tag General thought would be sufficient and this post needs to be seen by the users of this sub and it was rising in popularity.. to remove it is doing more harm then good.

That's one reason why titles need to be descriptive. So useful posts can found later with a simple search. If someone remembered your post in 6 months and tried searching for it based on what they remembered it was about they would have a hard time finding it.
A title like "FB post explains girls violence is not empowerment, it is abuse" contains a lot of information that would be search-relevant.
