A Letter to Traditional Women

Well, I'm a traditionalist man supporting a wife at home. A couple of points are worth making in response to this article. First, looking after young children is no easy task. In fact, for the first six months it's a job that ideally requires more than one person. So it's unfair to describe women at home as not doing anything.

Second, the two income arrangement doesn't necessarily make life easier for men. It means that men are expected to do more of the domestic work after they get home from their paid job.

I'm trying to figure out what the person who wrote this actually wants. What is the end goal he is going for, what society structure would he consider better than what we have now and what we had before. Clearly he doesn't want to go back to traditional values of the 50s and earlier, but he also doesn't like where we've ended up along this path of man hating feminism. So where is he trying to get to? Generally to me it would seem counterproductive to tell people who are arguing for your side to "go fuck yourself". While I agree that women should work and make their own living ( live with a SO and we split every cost based on who will benefit from it, most costs split down the middle for ease of calculation), but that doesn't mean that a traditional woman who wants to take care of the household and raise children is completely worthless in our society. If the man makes enough money to support the woman, I can see him considering that a good deal, and both parties could be very happy with it. I see nothing wrong with the traditional family unit if you are well enough off to make it work, but since these days it typically takes 2 incomes to build a family, it is generally not practical.

Chiding traditional women for acting in their own self interest is extremely hypocritical. Everyone acts in their own self interests, including the man who wrote this. Also acting in their own self interests are the women who trap men into surprise pregnancies in order to suck them dry with child support, or claim abuse in order to get custody, or who claim false rape charges for any reason. Those are the women who should go fuck themselves. If the traditionalist women are arguing against these practices, why would you fight against them? Why would you insult people who are on your side and doing nothing to hurt you? Regardless of their motivations, if their actions are positive, aren't there better things you could be railing against? Lets not waste our time yelling at the women who fight for men's rights, and focus on the ones who want to take all remaining rights and power that men have. It's just common sense.

He he he. I'll link this article to every woman I see defending you guys. I'll again say what I have said over and over: This community isn't about men's rights. This is a place to degrade women. This subreddit is about nothing else.

I love this article because it proves my point. It should be a sticker here so every silly gal who comes here defending you "oh so poor guys" knows exactly what this site is about.

Take on the responsibility of being one for five fucking minutes of your pampered, entitled life and see what it actually means to be one. There are women that do that, you know? Just not women like you.

Yeah. That would be the feminists. The day that traditionalist women do that, you will still tell them to go fuck themselves, cause they are feminists. Not really, you want us to go fuck ourselves because we are women. it doesn't really matter what we do.

You want women to work the same jobs you do. Oh really? And at home, should we expect equality as well? Division of house chores? Hmmm? PTA meetings split 50/50? And when the kids are sick you will be expected to take the same time off from your job, right? You will cook, do the dishes, laundry, clean the rugs, do the groceries, all in equal amount, right?

Yeah right. If this subreddit was about men's rights, all feminists (or at least the gals who follow the third wave of feminism) would be here supporting you. Third wave feminism supports men's rights. As well as traditionalist women. But of course you already know that. You just choose to ignore it so that you can keep on pushing your disrespectful propaganda. This article is nothing more than gratuitous insults and bad manners disguised as social cause.
