Is it possible and if so how would the logistics of this work... to ensure that if forced to pay child support you can make the legal process convoluted enough...

In most states, male rape victims need to pay the female perpetrator child support. Each year about as many men are "made to penetrate" as women are raped (penetrated) and 80% of the perpetrators are women.

Reproductive coercion is more common for men than women -

approximately 10.4% (or an estimated 11.7 million) of men in the United States reported ever having an intimate partner who tried to get pregnant when they did not want to or tried to stop them from using birth control

In many states, percentage of custody makes very little difference in how much is paid. It is usually far cheaper to give up 100% custody and not have any of the child care expenses rather than get something like 10-20% knocked off your child support by having extra bedrooms and 50% custody. Shared custody doesn't make financial sense the way the system works. You do shared custody because you want your kids, can afford two sets of lawyers and court fees to get time with your kids, can afford the additional bedrooms, and can afford the additional day to day living expenses. Many men can't afford all that.

embracing your responsibility

Avoiding child support responsibilities in some situations is absolutely a mens rights issue.

How does fucking over your children

1) Why do you assume it is his children? Men are made to pay for children that aren't theirs. Effective tips to make perpetrators of paternity fraud or simply shacking up with a guy until the courts agree he "acted as a father figure" in some way not profit from their misdeeds would help men.

2) Why does ejaculation (whether consensual or not, with or without the mother involved) mean he has consented to be a parent? Are you pro-life anti-safe-haven-laws for women as well?

This isn't really an option. Even people who hide their wealth to avoid alimony do end up paying alimony, just not as much, you can't really make it so convoluted that the judge wont just side with the woman at some point
