It migrates outside of the lips. I've heard women say fasting helps metabolize it but then they also got stomach problems from it they theorize

Yes, changing your face with filler will change your face and how you perceive your face.

I had filler in my lips and to fill out a small facial scar, when I looked in the mirror I screamed because my scar was gone, even though fixing the scar was the plan, it was still a shock to see it gone. My Dr, fixed the issue with giving me a tiny 1/2 dent back, much shallower scar made me feel like "me"

Good news: lip filler can be dissolved. I would take this as a sign to be wary of fillers. They rarely look good outside of social media.

For me it changed in a really subtle and nice way. I have natural thick lips and got 0.5 mil for lifting my upper lip corners (with botox). I don’t have that “resting bitch face” now. Would recommend. For me it didn’t migrate but slowly dissolved so I have to refill it every year.
