I notice your handle is "throwawayoneitis," and I read your other thread you started here. You're approaching this wrong. The answer is not more or less women, or "the right" woman, because women are not the problem. You are the problem.

A better question would be: "How should a dude under 21 become more attractive?" Answer: by becoming more masculine. Go find some dudes you admire, hang out with them, learn from them.

The answer to "where do I meet women?" is everywhere, as long as you're attractive enough.

If you're in a rut for finding new women like per se, you could to military university.

Try online at POF. Search for foreign women between 18-26.

By foreign I mean search "Hispanic", "Asian", etc until you get to Caucasian. Then when you get to Caucasian women, search in profiles for Brazilian, German, French, or anything that is not American.

I got two one-night stands from that so far.
