Firstly, I think revealing your identity in this particular sub is unwise, unless you like to be doxxed by feminists. Secondly, how women rate men changes according to context. For example, go to a concert and take a decent-looking guy at the concert and an average-looking guy who is performing in a popular band at the same concert and ask women who is sexier. It won't be the guy who actually looks better. Thirdly, your main physical characteristic that you could improve is your musculature by working out. And, finally, considering your link karma is over ten times your comment karma, I suspect that you're posting for traffic rather than advice.

Do you have any tips/links as to how to begin working out? That's definitely something to do, and I thank you for pointing out that!

get bigger/stronger, dress better

The first is a lot harder than simply changing your glasses (they look fine to me, but what do i know), but will probably pay off the most

Thanks, man!! Like I asked the previous commenter. Do you have any tips/links to how to work out properly? I don't want to just blindly hit up the gym.

Now some tips with squats get some proper shoes will cost about 150 bucks you can do without but it really depends on your ankle mobility mine isn't good enough so I needed the shoes plus regular sneakers are designed to absorb impact which you aren't after lifting weights. Not everyone has a home gym like me so going barefoot just isn't an option for a lot of people. Drive from your heels and at first use a milk crate or equivalent and put behind you and well tap the crate with your bum and go up. The deeper the better as you are activating more muscles and I see way to many people just fucking around and not squatting properly. Don't be one of those people.

Benchpress isn't just lying at the bench and pushing up. You need to get a proper position. Easiest way is to sit at the bench with the bar at your chest holding it so your forearms are 90 degrees and with your legs out then slide down while keeping your feet planted. Watch some videos and you will know what I am getting at. If you are comfortable on the bench you are doing it wrong.

Deadlift this one is important because fucking up means you can fuck your back up. Form is king. Don't use the weightlifting shoe mentioned above with this one as you don't want that angle like you do with squats.

Squats, Bench press and Deadlifts are the three most important exercises for strength, if you look at a routine and they don't have those three in it they can fuck off as they are wasting your time. Also use safeties and for fuck sakes make sure they are at the right level.

Warm up. Buy a foam roller and use it to warm up your calves, hamstrings, thighs lower back, mid back going back and forward about 10-20 times. You should be able to touch your toes before you start to do weights, if you can touch your toes anyway still do 10-20 times. Something like this is a good guide. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6LJg5edaXNk At first you will be able to get away without warming up but it won't take long before you won't. Better to get into a good habit now.

However start light and make damn sure you are using proper form. Nothing is worse than making progress and when you start using real weights going ow fuck whats going wrong.

However your best bet is to find someone who knows their shit and get them to show you proper form. I would advice doing this but do your research a lot of Personnel trainers are a waste of space when it comes to lifting advice.

Now I personally do a routine that doesn't take as long as Jason's mentioned above but it's not written down.

Also don't let it so people can identify you here. The last thing you want is to be googled and associated with the red pill.

This seems like great advice OP. I'll add a caveat to the personal trainer thing. Get a few sessions in with a personal trainer that knows what they are doing (i.e. get the jacked looking PT, rather than the female one)

A PT will be able to help you with form a lot, whereas by yourself you may not notice what you are doing wrong

Thank you so much for your advice!! I really appreciate this!

Came to reply to your question and give you workout advice, but instead I'll just agree with what throwy99 posted. I will add that if you try bulking, I am very much a supporter of clean bulking rather than GOMAD or IIFYM. You can read some tangential support for this at T-Nation. Basically, what I recommend is to eat healthy food, but just eat a lot of it, rather than including junk food or lots of dairy to gain weight.
