I have read many contrasting ideas and definitions of this concept.

I want to open this up for discussion and get a better understanding of this because it seems to be a major component in most of the posts on this subreddit.

I've read various users' "definitions" and have seen it attempted to be explained in articles, blog posts, etc.

As of right now I can't say I have a firm grasp on "frame" and I am hoping that the community can provide some discussion to further define and illustrate this concept for myself and all fellow red-pill men.
