You don't pay 'er.....
[–]alpha_trainer[S] -2 points-1 points0 points 10 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
The option is yours. You may be fine, but you could be better.
[–]tremondo0 points1 point2 points 10 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

[–]IndianGainzDance1 point2 points3 points 10 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Brah I hope you're running some asin or some adex on that cruise dose. I'm paranoid as fucking shit about gyno so I keep pretty much every AI/SERM known to man on hand.
[–]JimboLitres 0 points1 point2 points 10 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
no i purposely have gyno now. its great. i can now have milk on tap for protein and fats if i dont get all my macros in because i can lactate. jokes yeah im running aromasin.

Great cruise. This was my first run with aas,500test/week and I blew up.Now I am on 700 eq/week,50 test prop and 50 npp.Grow lean brother.

Dbol?
When you say test, it makes it sound like you drink hiballs, or did the Internets

This is worth talking about for sure, but I wouldn't recommend T-injections for young people. The thing about testosterone or any hormone we work with is, the human body produces this naturally. Some people get more than others and some people have a shortage, but for the most part and depending on your diet, most people produce adequate or near-adequate levels of every hormone they need. The problem with injections is that by taking them, your body recognizes them and uses it as an excuse to stop producing it on its own. The more you rely on injections, the less testosterone your body will produce on its own in the long run. It's great if you're a guy later in life and you don't produce as much as you did in your 20's, but if you're young, you can build a dependence on it earlier than normal. Just be smart about it if you do it.
[–]alpha_trainer[S] -1 points0 points1 point 10 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
So what is the problem if you rely on injections? It's the better option. There is no shutdown if you always on trt, there are substances(triptorelin and hcg that skyrockets your spermcount and you can impregnate if you want) there is no downside unless you don"t know what you are doing.
[–]MCSkyscraper1 point2 points3 points 10 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
There is no problem, I'd just rather not HAVE to rely on it. I take pretty basic supplements for going to the gym and have results that I'm proud of. I don't need to change my body composition or mentality with chemicals if it's not necessary to do so. I don't see a problem if you do like that, I'm just not a fan and wouldn't recommend it to young people who could decide too late that they don't like it. Plus I'm kind of a pussy about needles, especially if I'm the one doing it. Just my opinion.
[–]alpha_trainer[S] -1 points0 points1 point 10 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
If it's your choice then it's fine with me.Whatever thinks it's better for you you should do it.
[–]MCSkyscraper0 points1 point2 points 10 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Thanks. I'm far from a health expert but I like to hear about what people can do who use this type of stuff. Very interesting.

Going to get my labs done this weekend. Doctor said that I seem to be a prime candidate for test injections. I'm 30, one of my nipples is puffy, receding hairline, patchy beard, low mental libido (not physical), loosing muscle mass and easy to gain body fat even though I workout 5 days a week.
[–]GRL_PM_ME_UR_FANTASY1 point2 points3 points 10 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
receding hairline
This cracked me up because it has absolutely nothing to do with testosterone problems lol.
[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 10 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Yeah...the doctor said it could be a symptom but most likely not. But he did mention that the common thought is that is was genetically passed from the mother to son but really it more likely falls on the father. And that is true because my hairline is doing just like my dad's and grandfather's. He also mentioned that he believed that low T does indeed speed it up though. Not because it is a direct cause but low T does things like prevent good sleep and lack of appetite. That will cause hair to fall out.

Go get that trt alongside with some AI(low dose aromasin should be fine).Try MSM 20 gr a day for the hair loss,it will work wonders alongisde cutting grains and proccesed shit from your diet.
[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 10 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Yeah, my new endo doc is pretty modern. He will keep me in check. And thanks for the advice. I currently have a paleo meal prep service that keeps me stocked with awesome food.

Great to hear open minded people are in this business. If you are still at it,go for a hgh prescription,1-2 iu of real pharm grade gh will do wonders for your health, skin, mass and everithing.Alongside test and a great diet, you will be a changed man in 5-6 months.Good luck to you, brother.

Why do you need FORMATTING
I wanted to make a post like this, as I've been on the fence for some time about trying test. Have you noticed effects aside from obvious mass or recovery like social symptoms, DGAF, libido, confidence, etc? You mind saying what you're on?
[–]alpha_trainer[S] 1 point2 points3 points 10 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Listen here, side effects comes from 2 things:high estrogen and/or iregullar pinning. What do I mean by iregullar pinning, shooting once a week is not enough cause the levels go zig zag,try to split the dosage at least 3 (I recommend ed or eod with long esters)times and any sides will dissapear.
[–]alpha_trainer[S] 0 points1 point2 points 10 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
No,I am natural!cause I am not a fucking robot. Now jokes aside I run now 700 eq with 50 npp and 50 test prop.Confidence is way higher than my natty days, bitches get wet faster and I fuck better mostly because I developed this dominant side BUT steroids only enhance who you are or facilitate a change(for example you want to become more alpha, steroids will help but you still have to put the work in)
[–]majorchamp0 points1 point2 points 10 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
So many bros are on gear than most people realize. Luckily I don't need it "yet".

The thing about carbohydrates be it simple or complex (correct me if I am wrong but I have run this by a biochemist which agrees with the theory) is it's fine if you take it at the right time.
Post workout a spike of sugar and the insulin response will recharge your cell P and A rather than being converted to fat. You need to combine it with protein to get the best effects. However at the same time it's a balancing act as you need to reduce sugar to become lean.
For people who are underweight it's an effective tool to gain size quickly but once you reach your target you need to end the process.
However as these conflicting articles and studies they references show the jury is still out.

Listen, your natty insulin is shit for shoving carbs into muscle, that is why people use insulin with gh(also not to get fat). Now yes, some complex carbs are good like rice(because it won't spike insulin as much and 2.it doesn't fuck up your digestive track).Rice and some.fruits like pineapple are the best way to go for carb souces. What many people don't know is that those bcaa and other "fast" suppliments they take don't work because your natty insulin can't process and shove them into muscle at that rate,so they convert to glycogen and you use it as energy.Expensive energy.A post called Bodybuilding Myths shoud come next.

Interesting.
What are your opinions on products like these:

Do you need injections specifically do are oral caps effective?
[–]1nzgs-1 points0 points1 point 10 years ago (8 children) | Copy Link
I don't think anyone under 30 should think about TRT; most hormonal issues are caused by lifestyle - not enough protein and fats, too much carbs and alcohol. Not enough intense activity, too much TV watching.
But as one gets older it's definitely smart to think about optimising hormone levels. Being in the upper-natural range in your 30s and older is like living life on cheat mode. It's like a man in the 19th century having access to modern drugs and medicines, why not take advantage of it?
[–]majorchamp0 points1 point2 points 10 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
If you are 300, even better diet and exercise won't double your numbers so once you get to a point you need to hop on. If you are 500+ I'd say hold off till you need it or you start struggling with muscle gain, fat loss, lethargy, sleep, etc if your goal is to simply be huge than yea, hop on.
[–]1nzgs0 points1 point2 points 10 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Yeah, 300-600 is definitely possible with lifestyle changes if a guy is young enough. Don't really see what point you're trying to make. To be honest unless a guy is as on point with his diet and training as me (and I doubt anyone on this sub is to be honest) then there are always improvements that can be made naturally.
the point I was trying to make is if you are low enough, even natural changes might not be enough to bump you up to a satisfactory lifestyle level and you may need to seek a physician to prescribe TRT.

Brother you have no ideea how fucked the enviroment is.If you can inject hormones and get a manly body aestethic and low bf why not do it?Do you want to be big and muscular,a real life James Bond or an average male? The choice is yours, the options are on the table. There are literally no side effects to hormones if you are smart, and I can point you a sollution for every problem you may think can occur.Just ask.
I am on test myself, I've posted my pic here before. My point is that if you don't need it then there's no point taking it. "YOLO" isn't a reason to be on test. The environment can only fuck up test levels as much as you let - eating processed food in plastic packaging and being sedentary are the main reasons test levels are lower.
No,the enviroment already fucked your test.A normal natty level now is 50% of what it was on 50's so gtfo. Also, injecting test is superior to natty test.

What do you think about Tribulus Terrestris.
Nothing raises test as injecting test.Plants are only good for libido, this I approve(Horny goat weed works from what hear) but please don't get conned by test boosters.
