I stumbled upon his youtube channel a while back and enjoyed his rep goal system for lifting so i got his ebook on sale and have been following the beginner routine for 3 weeks. Strength has been going up (limited due to my mobility issues).

Yin Yoga videos for lifters, these are guided videos where you follow along to the stretches. I tried the 2 week trial then decided to start the full plan. Been doing it for a month now and the whole body is moving better.
