I have periods of time when I am lazy. Something I always do take care of is eating right, sleeping enough and doing resistance training. 90% of the guys I see IRL are skinnyfat or fat so simply being in shape makes most men stand out. Most of my everyday clothes are from target or the goodwill but they fit well. My suits and professional clothes are expensive but they last a long time. Having a go-to cologne is great. At the end of the day I know most men and women will never put in the work an…

Its just peer pressure by old people that keeps weddings alive. I genuinely wish those fuckers would die out.

Lol. As an indian guy that has witnessed at least a 1000+ indian marriages they are worse than hell. Most couples are in a deadbedroom, physically or emotionally abusive etc. They stay together to save face in the community and have a sense of codependency. My own parents sleep in different rooms and constantly fight about the smallest things. I swore to myself I would never get married or ever have kids after witness their hell for the past 2+ decades. My mother is also a classic narcissit and …

You haven't met those men because you haven't put yourself in front of enough men. Take risks and accountability for your own actions. It's 2022 if you want something, go find it. I thought you were "empowered".

Don’t worry bud. I’m continuing this lifestyle as long as possible. Best part is there are plenty of guys that live the same lifestyle once you get into the wealthier circles. I’m 25 so good amount of time to go.

I am definitely not a good guy, in fact I know I am a cunt. However, I was the good guy for much of my life and that was a green light for the women I dated to cheat and then lie. Now I enjoy my life much more being bad. We meet women that are equally bad as us who are married, in a relationship, on girls night out while their boyfriends or husbands are at home with their kids. The sex is often incredible and the taboo aspect adds to the thrill. Never getting married, never having kids. I’m maki…

That’s the thing. Once you learn these things wearing a mask isn’t difficult. I play the act until I get laid and then I keep it going until they find out and then I move on to the next one. Have abs, a full head of hair, decent height, disposable income and pussy is available every weekend. Men in my circle understand the game and we play it ruthlessly.

Women chose not to do those jobs nobody created a blockade to stop them. Women gravitated towards the teaching and nurturing type of jobs because that is what they chose. And yes you are the physically weaker sex and law enforcement wants the best in the line of duty especially for physical attributes. You think some blue haired feminist that is skinny fat can compete with the average shape male cop? No, you nincompoop. Men did build the world, you are simply living in it. Without your twat men …

I appreciate you being pleasant in your response. Proved that we can cordially disagree. I want to say that if she truly loved him then finances wouldn't be an issue. If her love is based on the condition he improves financially then it wasn't love at all, its more of a "like". For most guys its a mentality of "good is good enough". I have friends that make 40k and happy, I also have friends that make 300k and miserable. I think there is always more to the story than what we see but I understand…

Key word is "most" women. Not all. You people are obsessed with always finding the exception to the rule. Men don't give a fuck about that. We operate based on what "MOST" of you are out here doing. And yes, MOST of you are not capable of loving a man that is broke for the long term. You expect him to come up and meet you financially or look for a man that exceeds you financially. Men don't have the same attraction trigger when they see a woman that makes a lot of money. If that was the case Opr…

No, she could be Aishwarya Rai in her prime and it would still be a no. 50/80/90 is always the issue in the west. 50% of marriage ends in a divorce, 80% of all divorces are initiated by women (increases to 90% when college educated), 90% of the time alimony goes to women and 90% of the time they get the kids. I'd rather do crack, coke then hire a whore for an hour so I can get my nut and get back to my peace, quiet and freedom.

Alright deflecticon you still fail to account for women in long term relationships not keeping their man satisfied. Get down and suck and fuck to keep your man or buy a dog and die alone. Good luck sweety and lay off the donuts because your high waisted things aren’t hiding anything.

Maybe if she satisfied the man at home he wouldn’t be looking for pussy elsewhere. When men get married they sign up for monogamy, not celibacy. So if you as a woman don’t satisfy him then he will go fishing elsewhere. Full stomach and empty balls is how you keep your man. So take some accountability.

Therapists side with my parents or act like something is wrong with me. They don't understand the gynocentric society we live in with biased family courts towards men. I fired both therapists. I just gave the western stats because I was raised in the USA for nearly 2 decades. Most of the women I meet are also born here or raised here for a similar period of time. I’ve met women from all walks of life and many regardless of their race have different levels of misandry which they are not aware of. Let me guess you are a woman that believes the whole “Indian people have a low divorce rate” Divorce is heavily looked down upon in our society, however it is also extremely woman worshipping. They are, especially when certain jobs are reserved for women. If you follow the lack of men going to college and dropping out of college due to the heavy bias against them it makes sense. You need a degree to get most of the white-collar jobs and if most academic settings discriminate against men, it makes it much harder. Of course, you are a designer, but this isn't about you, it's about a bigger issue at hand. So don't be a narcissistic prick and show some empathy you castrated zombie.

It's not personal sweetheart. I'm sure you had it bad, however, many men have it much much worse in a divorce. Are you slow bitch? Look how men are treated in the legal system. Women serve less time for the same crime a man commits. No-fault divorce: she is bored so she takes the house, kids, half a man's retirement, gets child support and alimony. I swear the amount of goofy hoes that come here to do mental gymnastics is cute.

This is why men suffer in silence. My boss at a medical facility I worked at consistently groped and smacked my ass, rested her hands on my inner thighs and ran her fingers through my hair. Its about the 50/80/90. 50% of marriages end in divorce. 80% of divorces are initiated by the laaadeeeee (Bill Burr voice). 90% of alimony goes from man to woman. As an Indian guy, I am thankful I live in the west. No matter how bad it gets, we still have men that don't worship the female as a goddess. The predominant religion of Hinduism has a lot of female gods and we are taught to worship our mothers. Once you are exposed to the truth. All you can do is pity the country and the fellow men that have to deal with the women there. Y'all think it is bad in America, just spend a week in India and you will wish for the bullshit you deal with in America.

You’re right. Where I live, it’s woke before anything at the workplace. I work in a university and all my colleagues are women 45 - 65 years old, who don’t like me too much. Also being in the south, getting married is pushed super hard. I definitely don’t wanna get married and definitely don’t want kids, however, always lie and say “it’s definitely something to think about” so I don’t have a target on my back. I am definitely moving when I am financially able. For now I just nod, smile and take …

When I was 18 I used to wonder why so many suicides were men. Now I am 25 and completely understand. It’s like society just wants to beat the fuck out of us and if we talk about it, we are the assholes or man babies. I don’t know when there will be a revolution, but if it starts I’m joining in because this shit of “I hate all men” is getting real old.

Women want a wedding but they don't wanna be wives. You better cook, clean, and fuck. I mean the man pays the bills, he doesn't have time to be your therapist for emotional trauma. Don't get married gents, the woman you marry is never the woman you meet during a divorce.

Women: I cheated. Everyone: So brave.

Us: showing research done with empirical methods. Them: Incel, how dare you not take the chance to ruin your life. We deserve your stuff because we are stunning and brave. Gents, do you notice how all their rebuttal is just their "feelings". LMAO. Remember ladies, paying for pussy is always an option, trust me, most guys don't do it because of morals, but once it gets bad enough all that goes out the window. Winter is coming.
/r/MensRights08/09/21 06:47 AM

It's not that women WILL stab you in the back it's that they CAN stab you in the back and walk away with cash and prizes. Why don't you strong, independent, brave idiots understand this? IF the man leaves, you get half or more, if you leave you get half or more. What is the confusion here cupcake??

Lmao, I'm only 25 and slowly getting there. My buddy who has been with his girlfriend for the past 3 years just found out she has been on SA selling herself to 50 and 60-year-old men the whole time. He is crushed and damn near killed himself. That's a story for another time.

This is turning out to be wild. Men are gonna grind like hell just to get those positions now and even then will be taking on more work for the same position. Its not like we can just go home because we have "cramps". I regret not going into some type of blue-collar work now. I just applied to grad school in a field dominated by female applicants..................Fuck.

Half is being generous. I’ve met thousands of couples at this point. No holding hands, no hugs, no I love you. It’s like they stay together like it’s a business deal. Mind you this is the older generation of our community that stayed together as divorce is taboo. Now we have the pendulum swing all the way to the other side. Modern Indian women in America use divorce as a form of vendetta and almost flaunt their ability to starve their husbands of sex. Since sex is a taboo subject in our communit…

No pussy is worth this headache. Now if you count up the amount of money you are gonna spend in legal fees and time in emotional distress, it would’ve just been easier to find a broad on SA or hire a professional. Hijacking top comment because I really want guys to see this. I can take it down if it’s against the rules. Arranged marriage (reality) I wanted to highlight this because I’m an Indian guy who has seen behind the scenes of what truly occurs in arranged marriage. DO NOT DO IT. People think arranged marriages are better because of the divorce rate, however, this is because the culture is largely beta and woman worshipping. I never want to get married so I am going to stay away from the foreign women as well because they turn into evil feminists as soon as they come to America. Only way I’ve found is paying for pussy a couple times a month, I’ve done it a couple times and these girls are smoking hot and do everything you want in the bedroom. Best part is they don’t nag.

Even you admit the difficulties you have gone through in India. Living in America was a total 180 for me. I was embraced by peers and treated with respect by my teachers. Given ample opportunities throughout college for money and social networking. Even here it is my own community of boomer Indians that have a problem with my way of life. I can’t deny my life experience and you will never know it since you haven’t left the country. I’m also 25 years old and have lived in India, Middle East and A…

I was born their idiot. I dealt with the women there for years. The ones in authority abused it against the young boys they taught or had control over. Gave us worse grades, hit us in the knuckles with rulers, told me at 8 years I was worthless. One of the worst offenders was a woman who was close to our family and tutored me in her part time. She would tell me to strip and then took pictures of me. I told my dad about this in 2004, he believed me, he hired 5 guys to go to her house and beat the…

As an Indian guy, I was fortunate enough to be raised in America. India is one of the worst places to be born as a man. They literally hate you. So this is saying “kill all men” in a movie version. This is why I’m making my money and just pandering. Once I make about 1-2 mill and invest enough in index funds I’m retiring and saving my own life. Simplest route? Get a decent job and use SA. I’m a recent college grad and I meet girls on there often that I’d consider 8’a and 9’s. You meet them talk about the terms and then it’s nice. The sex is actually nice, they might be faking it, but I don’t care. As an average guy going on tinder or meeting girls in my social circle is just a brutal experience of drowning in fatties. The one’s you meet do it all in the bedroom and the best part is they leave you alone after. I see them 3 times a week.…

Try this 10x bodyweight in calories 0.82 grams of protein per lb of bw 0.3 grams of fat per lb of bw Rest of the calories filled with carbs Recalculate 10x bw calories for every 10lbs lost. Every 12 weeks of dieting do a 2 week maintenance phase 15x bw in calories, increase the carbs, keep protein and fat the same. Repeat this process until you get to your desired bodyfat, then eat at maintenance for the same amount of time as fat loss to fix your bodyfat set point. Hope this helps buddy

4.0 gpa this semester. Lost 45-48 lbs. (Currently on reverse diet) Full body training (at home with db's which go up to 100 each). Cons: have issues with social anxiety and guys who are not happy to see me succeed acting fake to befriend me, then talk shit about me behind my back.
/r/TheRedPill03/06/17 03:28 AM

Decent outlook on it. I use bodyweight and dumbbells to workout (go up to 100lbs each). Full body can be followed by even advanced lifters they just have to periodize their training. Different kinds - daily undulating, concurrent etc. Alphadestiny is a good example. Also Brandon Carter - who has been doing full body for 2+ years now after lifting for 12+ years.

No problem. I think you are definitely around 10% that's my fault. Keep Killin in. I'm on my first cut and got down to 165 from 210 and realized I have no muscle mass and now have to lean bulk for a while (6 months) so I can cut again. Makes me realize I need to be at least 175 - 180 lean to look like I lift in a t-shirt. Major respect for posting a pic.

Both of my friends are 6ft, 170 at 8-10% bf. They look decently big, main thing being wearing fitted t shirts and tanks often. If you think you look small at 172 10% you are not a legit 10% bf many people underestimate their bodyfat. Check out the bodyfat levels video by vitruvianphysique.

This is the definite plan. Get the degree and then i'm moving states, I also have a younger brother (15 years old, who supports my decisions) he doesn't know about this, but he will understand. In the beginning you might lose faster so 2lbs is sustainable but it will definitely taper down to 1 - 1.5 lbs a week pretty quickly. Don't worry too much about muscle loss, you are going to lose some anyway while cutting. You can always do a long lean bulk afterwards.

It's pretty new to me also, but delivers immediate results. Knees use to pop during flexion and extension, now it doesn't and ankle mobility is much better and it doesn't pronate. The sitting tip is perfect, helps you subconsciously maintain that posture in normal life.

No, since they are bilateral movements they make your imbalances worse. Unilateral work + core + mobility (Kelly starrett, guerrillazenfitness). Since lifting is a long game, i gotta constantly work on imbalances especially nowadays there is so much sitting, forward head posture, sitting in cars etc.
/r/TheRedPill14/10/16 06:46 PM

Good for you brother ! I do want to eventually build mass, but I have a crap ton of muscular imbalances which I am trying to fix atm. Some things that have been working for me. Have knee tendonitis (it's a bitch). Can't exactly lift heavy since I workout by myself, my friend who is a physical therapist told me to get some battle ropes, so far i've been doing battle rope and bodyweight interval workouts and seeing good results while still having time for my knee rehab routine. Also artholyze (on amazon), helps a ton with my joints.
/r/TheRedPill25/09/16 03:13 AM

Most definitely. Before i had the rope elliptical was awesome, but the rope just uses your whole body a lot more and its a lot more conditioning involved. If your goals are strictly calorie burning I would stick to the elliptical or treadmill on an incline.

nice job on committing to the grind. On your off days my biggest advice is to work on your mobility. Damn...... I just went up to the girl who I thought was cool, (didnt know if she likes me or not), and said "let's go out tonight". Big smile and a big yes, then she started blushing. Mind is blown. I'm 20 atm, good job on finding trp.

You can get a coach if you want, but let me offer you some other options bro. They don't know anything special, you want to build muscle eat in a calorie surplus, want to cut ? eat in a calorie deficit. Check out kelechiopara on instagram, dude has an app called nutritionist it sets you macros for you and ADJUSTS when your progress stalls. For me i don't want to think too much about my diet and this app helped me go from 205 to 176.4 this morning. Check out matt ogus macros video (the newest one…

Appreciate your advice my friend. Nice to hear things like this. While I put in the work. Still working out and hitting my macros, while balancing life stuff. I'm honestly proud of myself for admitting the fact that I need to improve. I used to be ignorant and think I was the shit.

It's not white women, it's American, Spanish, English, Hispanic etc. They just happen to look white

I have a friend like this too. He is jacked, but afraid of rejection. I'm fat, but I know how to have fun and the girls he brings with him end up talking to me instead, now he doesn't call me to hang out anymore lol, lost a friend without even trying.

Hey man can you help me with some lifting advice ? My current stats are 5" 11, 177.4lbs (this morning), 20 years old, probably 18% bf. I am currently going through rehab for my right knee after straining meniscus in the past, but i'd still like to make some upper body gains.

Ya, in this case I am the older brother going through the journey. My younger bro is 14 and I wanna be a good example to show him that you can think for yourself and improving yourself is important. I currently work part time at the Nike store in my city. Crazy busy all the time, meet numerous people. You guys won't believe what happened today. One of the guys I sold a shoe to a couple weeks back started having a conversation with me and I told him I was doing CS in college. We became friends be…

Hey bro, I appreciate your advice. I see that you can relate to my story. Definitely learning a lot from this subreddit about not putting the woman on a pedestal and improving yourself so that she understands what she has in a relationship.

Oh man. I'm so confused now. Either way I got 5 years before any of the marriage convo comes up. So until then lift, finish my degree, meet new girls and move to a different state (honestly the only thing I can do to keep parents off my back), being single and spinning plates doesn't sound bad. I read the thread about 40 year old redpillers and I would honestly love that life. Do you guys know of any good cities to move to ? I know computer jobs are everywhere I just wanna live somewhere fun and…

Ya this is true. There men rule with an iron hand, basically if the wife doesn't obey them, they will get beat. I know American girls can be fucking around all the time, but I'm honestly not attracted to Indian girls (the ones I have hung out with don't even go on dates).

Yes, lyle mcdonald is a name that always comes up. My friend does his generic bulking routine and likes it.

The twins r funny as hell, but i gotta say sometimes their advice isn't the best (they are big as hell and aesthetic, but they also have above average genetics). Hulse's channel is my favorite for self improvement

I usually just follow the app. It has settings for cutting. Maintenance and muscle building. He's got testimonials on his fb page, for 5 bucks it's worth it. Or you could do this find your maintenance calories add 300 calories to it. 1g of protein per lb of bw, .3-.4 g of fat, and fill in the rest with carbs

Thanks for this man. I'm a sophomore at a community college doing computer science. After swallowing the pill 2 months ago, things changed drastically for me its like this fitness (foundation) > studying atleast 4-5 hrs a day > talking to people i see. Similar to your journey but not as epic cause i'm not in a frat.
